1.Whether dry filter is installed correctly?
☆Please make sure that the dry filter is installed properly
2.Whether brush roller have passed replacement cycle?(3~6 months)
☆Please replace brush roller.
3.Confirm whether there is dirt or debris in the channel or on the brush roller.
☆Please clean the brush roller and channel.
4.Examine the scraper and see if there is dirt or debris on the scraper. Check if the scraper is deformed.
☆Clean debris & dirt in the scraper with cleaning tool.
5.Examine whether the floater, filter and dry filter is clogged or not?
☆Clean the floater, and wash filter and dry filter with water. And make sure filters are completely dry before reinstalling.
6.Confirm whether floor is even and sealed hard floor?
☆Please use the unit on the sealed and even hard floor.
