  1. 1.Check the DWT

    1. Please ensure the DWT is not full.

    2. Clean up the DWT if needed.

  2. 2.Check the brushroll cover/DWT/gaskets to make sure it's well installed.

  3. 3.Check the DWT/pre-filter/brush chamber/debris channel to make sure it's not blocked.
